About the position

The Software Integration Architect is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive Integration Architecture roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of the Center. This role involves designing solutions for data integration across various platforms, leading technology evaluations, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. The architect will oversee the implementation of integration solutions, manage software customization, and ensure compliance with industry standards while fostering strong relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Integration Architecture roadmap.
• Design and implement solutions for seamless data integration across various platforms and systems.
• Lead the identification and evaluation of new technologies to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of the Center's Integration Architecture.
• Manage technical aspects of software integration and customize software to fit business needs.
• Define, implement, and execute processes for the maintenance of the Integration Architecture.
• Lead rigorous testing phases to ensure software functionality and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrated systems and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business units to understand current and future business activities.
• Provide architectural leadership in resolving inter-program and inter-project issues.
• Continuously research and assess new solutions for potential use within the Integration Architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field (master's degree a plus).
• Proven experience in systems integration.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Integration Architect or a related role.
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF, Zachman Framework).
• Strong technical skills, including expertise in SQL, API management, and programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
• Excellent project management skills and experience with tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project.
• In-depth knowledge of data integration principles and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exposure to business software like ERP, CRM, HRM, and inventory management systems.
