About the position
We are looking for a hands-on Software Integration Engineer Intern in our R&D group. As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of technical content and apps to integrate third-party data technologies with the BigID platform. Our ideal candidate is someone who already has some design and development experience with integration and API solutions, as well as a thorough understanding of API-led connectivity, and application frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Partnership and R&D teams to build prototype integration.
- Design and Develop solution for integrations to meet business and technical requirements.
- Document and share the knowledge about the solution built to wider internal teams at BigID.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/Typescript, Python or Java programming language
- Strong experience and understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, profiling & optimization
- Good communication (verbal and written) and organization skills
- Ability to execute and close out a prototype Software Integration
