About The Position

The Software Manager for Frameworks & Tools Development at Philips will lead a technical team responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that manage information from medical devices and patient data. This role involves designing technical solutions, collaborating with R&D teams, and ensuring adherence to modern software development practices. The manager will oversee the creation and improvement of frameworks and tools used across R&D products, while also managing a team of developers and testers.

Requirements

• Experience leading a technical team of more than 5 people.
• Degree in computer development or significant experience in the field.
• Strong background in C# (.Net & .NET Core).
• Proficient in Git and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Experience in project management and multi-language team planning.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to quickly integrate new methodologies and work in a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and oral.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Software Craftsmanship and DevOps culture.
• Experience in the Healthcare domain.

Responsibilities

• Designing the technical solution that meets the functional specifications.
