Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, product owner and other QE team members to design, develop test automation frameworks for UI, API and performance testing.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions to understand workflow and build test cases accordingly.
- Continually stay up to date with industry changes and bring new concepts to your team.
- Communicate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders concerning the team's work.
- Exhibits high personal commitment to quality, implementing Development best practices.
- Works with Quality Engineering and Support staff to resolve problems with released software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- 7-10 years of experience in software testing, API Experience with BDD, the Gherkin language & supporting tools (Spec Flow, Cucumber…)
- 5+ Years Object Oriented Programming experience C#
- Hands on experience of using Jira and Confluence
- 3+ Year(s) Appium UI Automation Framework
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with agile concepts, especially Scrum
- CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Terraform
- Working experience with test management tools PractiTest
- Web services integration REST & SOAP in .NET
- Experience with designing systems in consideration of NFRs: performance, responsiveness, concurrency, availability, supportability…
- Good experience with TDD, BDD or xUnit test patterns
