The Solar Appointment Setter at Sunrun plays a crucial role in promoting renewable energy solutions by engaging with potential customers in retail environments. This position focuses on building relationships, educating customers about solar energy, and scheduling appointments to expand the customer base. Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of Sunrun in designated partner retail stores.
  • Build relationships and excitement for Sunrun's products.
  • Educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and build the Sunrun customer base.
  • Influence and impact potential customers positively.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent technology skills, including comfort with using an iPad/computer and multiple software applications.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, grit, and passion for the mission.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts.
  • Access to reliable transportation for a multi-store territory within a 15-30 mile radius.
