Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing relationships with both Industry Partners and Clients.
• Gather and understand areas requiring improvement and support, understand constraints, and develop winning solutions.
• Communicate and collaborate with Business Development Team(s).
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive success.
• Design end-to-end solutions that meet client needs, considering scalability, security, and performance.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems.
• Define system architecture, select appropriate tools, and integrate third-party systems or APIs.
• Actively participate in the software development lifecycle by writing high-quality, maintainable code.
• Set coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners for seamless implementation of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technical and growth teams to translate technical concepts into written documentation.
• Implement security best practices and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations.
• Drive the adoption of innovative methods and continuous improvement.
• Assist with the creation and sustainability of Communities of Practice/Interest.
• Participate in technical challenges and orals as required.
• Recommend technical strategies for proposed and existing programs.
• Build strong relationships with internal leadership teams and employees.
• Work with Proposal Management to collect and organize company past performance.
• Assist on billable programs where needed.
• Work directly with Growth to qualify bids based on capabilities and past performance.
• Work with CTO on Technology Partnerships.

Requirements

• US Citizenship Required to obtain government clearance.
• Bachelor Degree and 10+ years’ experience in information technology environment.
• Demonstrated analytical, reasoning, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated skills in communicating how core technologies translate into customers’ capabilities.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Expertise in application development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services.
• Knowledge of security controls and best practices for securing cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• A passion for learning and a commitment to staying at the forefront of technology trends.
• High level of self-motivation.

Nice-to-haves

• In-depth understanding of AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and AI-driven automation.
• Experience with security practices and implementing controls using SecOps patterns.
