About the position

Mintlify is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role designed to ensure the success of our pre-sales motion as we deploy Mintlify at scale. In this position, you will be responsible for building out custom components, answering product questions, and communicating customer feedback to the rest of the team. You will work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and our CEO to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build out custom components for customers
  • Answer product questions from customers
  • Communicate customer feedback to the team
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams
  • Support the pre-sales motion as Mintlify is deployed at scale

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales engineer, software engineer, or in customer success
  • Direct experience working with customers
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Comfortable with prompt engineering and AI/ML applications
  • Strong attention to detail and design sensibility

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with content management platforms
  • Familiarity with customer documentation processes
