Successful recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to execute sourcing and assessment approaches
• Source passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive market research
• Track and report on key sourcing metrics and hiring funnel data
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
• Support recruitment events and initiatives
