About The Position
As Spa & Fitness Manager, you'll oversee the spa facility while promoting business opportunities to increase revenues. You will provide exceptional guest service and ensure the daily flow of the spa is smooth, maintaining guest comfort and positive employee morale. Your responsibilities will include managing procedures for staff and training schedules for all aspects of the spa, including software training, scheduling of guests and staff, nightly reports, payroll housekeeping, maintenance, and treatment training. You will also be involved in interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating spa employees. Additionally, you will work closely with the Spa Director to achieve financial objectives, cash flow, revenue, payroll, and all other expenses. Partnering with Conference Sales to schedule group business and help maximize opportunities to increase revenues will also be part of your role.
