About the position

As a Spa Sales Associate at Hand and Stone, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for our guests. This part-time position is located in Sandy Springs and offers a dynamic working environment with numerous perks. Your duties will include answering phones, booking appointments, selling memberships, gift cards, and upgrades, as well as promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy. You will also be expected to perform various other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the spa. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
  • Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
  • Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
  • Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Exhibit a positive, energetic attitude
  • Collaborate as a team player
  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to learn Zenoti (training provided)
  • Able to work flexible days and hours
  • Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
  • Multitasking skills while focusing on the guest

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a membership-based spa environment
