Responsibilities
- Achieve performance-based goals set by management, including Membership Conversion and Gift Card Sales.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, appointment setting, and greeting clients.
- Promote products and services passionately to clients.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Provider team to maximize appointment bookings.
Requirements
- Strong sales, retail, or service background.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service.
