About The Position

Requirements

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Nice To Haves

• GAAP experience (1 year preferred).
• Healthcare accounting experience (1 year preferred).
• CPA certification (preferred).
• Ability to commute to Palm Springs, FL 33461 (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire accounting cycle including accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and general ledger (GL) management.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments for timely financial reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, reviewing journal entries, analyzing account balances, and investigating discrepancies.
• Assist with external audits and reviews by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to junior accounting staff, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
