About The Position

The Floor Supervisor at MANGO is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store floor, ensuring that sales targets are met while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves collaborating with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser to maintain the store's aesthetic and commercial appeal, as well as leading a team to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented individual
• Passion for customer service, styling, and product
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
• Willingness to initiate contact with customers and identify their shopping needs
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes

Responsibilities

• Ensure and provide an excellent level of customer service in the store
• Ensure the team possesses good product knowledge and is aware of the key performance indicators
• Familiarize with and offer services according to the needs of customers to maximize sales
• Organize and distribute tasks and positions to each team member
• Ensure that sales targets are implemented, achieved, and exceeded in store
• Maintain the image of the store to make it attractive and commercial
• Know and apply the visual merchandising standards of the brand and season
• Participate in updating the Merchandising and Rotation schedules
