About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various dental procedures and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for all patients.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with endodontics and infection control practices.
• Experience with medical imaging techniques is preferred.
• Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients about their treatment plans.
• Previous experience using dental software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Administer appropriate treatments, including root canal therapy, extractions, and restorative procedures.
• Utilize medical imaging technologies to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain patient records accurately using software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene practices, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during procedures.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
