About The Position

The Inside Sales Representative at NCS Services, LLC is responsible for driving sales growth in the Northeast region by identifying and qualifying prospective clients, making outbound calls, and closing sales. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to establish rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with the company's cleaning and facility support services. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure success in this fast-paced environment with unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Minimum 2 years successful sales experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
  • Strong phone presence and ability to develop rapport quickly with customers.
  • Ability to quickly identify customers' needs and make appropriate decisions.
  • Ability to close sales and demonstrate a high level of professionalism under stress.
  • Possess a high level of business acumen and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient use of personal computer along with software packages such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new prospective clients in NCS Services' target markets.
  • Making cold and warm calls for outbound prospecting and following up promptly on inbound leads.
  • Establishing quick rapport on the phone with prospective clients to qualify leads and learn their unique needs.
  • Developing interest in NCS Services by touring clients' facilities to discuss specific cleaning and facility service needs.
  • Scheduling visits to prospective clients' facilities and assisting the external sales team with visit preparation as needed.
  • Working with the external sales team to prepare custom plans and quotes when necessary.
  • Closing sales and maintaining CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Preparing reports and contributing in sales team meetings.
