Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings
• Draft legal documents and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence
• Organize and maintain case files and documentation
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
• File documents with the court and manage deadlines
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist during trials

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal
• Experience in general and/or commercial litigation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Personal injury law experience is a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in personal injury law (1 year preferred)
