About The Position

The Operations Manager at Providencia Group is responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves supporting Contract Managers, standardizing processes, and serving as a central communication point among various stakeholders. The Operations Manager will also focus on improving program efficiency, managing risks, and fostering a collaborative work environment while maintaining high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, business administration or behavioral science.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Experience with specific software programs, such as Microsoft Excel or Tableau.
  • Detail-oriented team player, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to type 45 wpm.

Responsibilities

  • Support the company's Contract Managers by facilitating meetings and creating meeting materials.
  • Assist with executing engagement goals related to quality and risk.
  • Standardize processes and identify ways to improve program efficiency.
  • Serve as central point of communication for operations field administrators, prime government clients, subcontractors, and corporate personnel.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Collaborate with employees, clients, and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings between field operations and corporate support departments.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
  • Oversee program deliverables and ensure quality meets client expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed.
  • Report project status/outcomes and offer proactive solutions to leadership.
  • Assist in proposal, presentation, policy, standard operating procedures, and business development.
