About The Position

The Operator Qualification Evaluator position at WSB involves providing training, proctoring, and performance evaluations for employees in the energy sector, specifically focusing on Natural Gas Operations. The role is part-time initially, with the potential to transition to full-time based on client needs. Evaluators will assist in ensuring compliance with Operator Qualification (OQ) Programs and may also be involved in the design and construction of training simulations. Candidates should have significant experience in the field and be prepared for some travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in CFR 192 covered tasks.
• Minimum of three years of training and evaluation experience.
• Familiarity with EWN and ITS platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the energy industry as a seasoned veteran.
• Knowledge of Polyethylene (PE) fusion and joining procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Operator Qualification training and performance evaluations for field services personnel and clients.
• Assist in the design and construction of simulation stations for OQ work.
• Coordinate and manage evaluator resources for client requests in the OH region.
• Work with the Field Services Manager and Supervisor to implement training and evaluation services operations.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategies for Compliance, Training, and Field Services.
