About The Position

The Team Lead position at Sky Zone is an entry-level leadership role focused on supporting daily park operations and mentoring team members. This part-time role involves delegating responsibilities, providing hands-on support, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates leadership and initiative through work, schooling, or extracurricular experiences.
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a high-volume customer service industry such as retail, restaurant, fitness, or recreation.
• Basic proficiency in technology including MS Office Suite, Teams, and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable, coachable, self-motivated, and organized.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail sales or the amusement park/entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the park's management team by providing on-the-spot leadership during busy times.
• Delegate tasks to Team Members to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
• Provide hands-on support in various departments such as café, birthday parties, and front desk as needed.
• Execute membership sales and identify potential sales opportunities while interacting with guests.
• Enforce park safety policies and address any guest safety issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean environment and perform janitorial duties throughout the shift.
• Complete incident reports for any occurrences during the shift.
• Assist with opening or closing park procedures and ensure all shift duties are completed.
