The Principal Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, is a key role within Long View Systems' Data & Dynamics Team, focusing on strategic initiatives for clients. Support Long View's Business Applications D365 Finance and Operations portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders to define customer solutions.
Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution components.
Support efforts of solution consultants in other technical and business disciplines.
Focus on best practices for Organizational Change Management.
Qualify strategic business solutions leads and sales opportunities with Account Managers and Client Services Managers.
Participate and contribute to the larger Long View team by sharing learnings and information.
Collaborate with Service Realization to bring unique products and capabilities to market that complement Business Applications and Data Modernizations services.
Keep abreast of relevant industry certifications and accreditations.

10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven skills and background with Dynamics 365 F&O presales and demos.
Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in workshop facilitation, including envisioning workshops and art-of-the-possible sessions.
Self-motivation and drive to improve skills and stay relevant.

Post-secondary education.
Industry certifications such as Dynamics FastTrack, Microsoft MVP, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman), and relevant Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
