Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a top-notch sales force.
• Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct in-person and occasional virtual sales presentations to potential clients.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and ethics are maintained.
• Manage and convert leads provided at no cost to the sales team.

Requirements

• Valid Life Insurance License (required).
