About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Early Warning Services plays a crucial role in partnering with hiring managers to attract and acquire exceptional technical talent. This position ensures compliance with legal requirements while demonstrating a commitment to employee engagement. The recruiter will be responsible for understanding the technical requirements of roles, executing effective recruiting strategies, and providing a remarkable candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract high-performing technology talent to the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Represent and advance the company and department brand in all interactions with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Work with senior leaders to define and maintain pivotal hiring needs.
  • Understand the technical requirements of assigned roles and their contribution to the organization.
  • Execute tactical outreach, referral generation, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Ensure a remarkable candidate experience in collaboration with the talent coordinator.
  • Research and gather market intelligence to share with HR departments, specifically Compensation.
  • Provide internal counsel and guidance to business partners to uphold internal practices.
  • Track candidate activity and share insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure offers align with compensation programs and internal equity.
  • Guide candidates through the entire talent cycle from screening to offer negotiation.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in engineering, business, communications, human resources or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of technical sourcing and corporate recruiting experience, preferably in software, big data, and fintech.
  • Excellent research and sourcing skills, including Boolean and deep sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects and candidates effectively.
  • Decisive with the ability to constructively push back when appropriate.
  • Proven effective negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry.
