About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Toyota Service Technician to join our team at Lustig Automotive Holdings located in Westminster, California. This full-time position involves diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing maintenance services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have dealership experience and be familiar with Toyota processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Toyota vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using specialized diagnostic equipment
• Communicate with customers and service advisors to understand their vehicle's problems and provide accurate estimates of repair costs
• Complete service and repair orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly used and returned to their designated places
• Keep up-to-date with Toyota vehicles and their latest technological features and repair methods
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations while performing job duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have completed an automotive technician program or have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician
• ASE or Toyota certified
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
