Requirements

• 2+ years of business and/or financial and/or treasury analysis experience required.
• Bachelor's in finance or accounting or equivalent experience required.
• Strong understanding of financial measurement tools and accounting principles.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and able to present data succinctly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to handle changing priorities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership.
• Good collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical activities to support the Treasury department.
• Identify variances and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Track cash flow trends and look for patterns.
• Provide leadership with findings and recommended solutions.
• Monitor and manage the company's risk, debt, covenant compliance, interest expense, bank fees, investments, and liquidity.
• Prepare routine reports for lenders, accounting team, executives, VPs, and others.
• Refine and update technical and business skills through work assignments and advanced training.
• Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and skills.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere to facilitate the success of treasury operations.
• Perform additional duties as requested by leadership.
