This role involves proactive monitoring, maintenance, and coordination with vendors to address equipment issues and ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage and replace consumables, including paper, ensuring adequate inventory at customer sites. Perform initial troubleshooting, clear paper jams, and assist end-users with device functionality. Conduct device maintenance and coordinate spare device replacements as needed. Monitor device usage through web-based tools and assist with usage data collection. Coordinate with third-party vendors and escalate complex issues to the Account Delivery Manager (ADM). Manage on-site spare inventory and track device utilization. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred. Experience in device troubleshooting, maintenance, and inventory management. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills. Familiarity with web-based monitoring tools and HP-branded devices is a plus.
