About the position

The Spanish Bilingual Call Center Representative at VXI Global Solutions is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by providing accurate and timely information to members, customers, patients, and providers. This role involves handling inquiries related to member services and Medicare billing, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and fostering collaborative relationships with members.

Responsibilities

  • Handle member inquiries regarding various services including facility inquiries, web support, and eligibility inquiries.
  • Respond to complex calls related to specialized product lines or queues.
  • Document all incoming contacts and inquiries professionally.
  • Promote and ensure customer service excellence to internal and external customers.
  • Initiate contact with relevant personnel to obtain necessary information for inquiries.
  • Evaluate data to determine appropriate actions for complaint resolution and service recovery.
  • Document conversations with members according to established procedures.
  • Maintain performance KPIs for call handling and member retention.
  • Support compliance and maintain confidentiality of information.

Requirements

  • Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience or healthcare member-interacting experience required.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to type at least 30 wpm with a 5% or less error rate.

Nice-to-haves

  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Health insurance experience preferred.
