About the position

At 3M, Banking Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the bank, ensuring efficient management of Bank accounts located globally which includes Opening, Closing, modification of Bank accounts, updating Signers as and when needed, able to manage the ad hoc KYC requests by the bank, maintaining proper storage of bank account related documents over the company database. This role also involves compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service, along with working closely with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently managing the bank accounts maintained for the organization globally which involves Opening, Closing, modification of bank accounts.
• Ensuring that the signers are updated against all the bank accounts, supported by all the relevant documents to meet the compliance requirements.
• Maintain and update related documents over the company database.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of new procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any operational challenges.
• Taking up projects to review the maintenance of documentations related to account opening, modification and signer's Updation.

Requirements

• MBA, Finance with a reputed university having 5+ years of experience in Finance/Treasury Operations.
• Having experience in Data Analytics would be added advantage.
