As a key member of our Content Team within the Marketing Services Brand and Communications group, the Specialist, Brand and Communications (Content Development) will play a crucial role in creating marketing content for Milliken & Company and its various businesses. This position is integral to supporting the brand directly on social media through effective publishing, channel management, and engagement strategies. The Content Team is a vital contributor to the creation of content that not only builds the brand but also drives demand generation across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating or enabling the creation of both short and long-form content for Milliken. This includes a diverse range of materials such as social media posts, blogs, print marketing collateral, ad copy, and web content, all designed to support and align with corporate and business marketing plans. A high level of creativity is essential as you will be expected to execute strategies and briefs in a manner that elevates the brand and drives demand. Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with various members of the Marketing Services team, including PR, Web, and Creative Services, to ensure that all deliverables align with larger strategic goals. Additionally, you will manage social media profiles representing Milliken & Company and its businesses. This includes updating profile creatives, scheduling posts, obtaining content approvals from businesses, and monitoring channel activity to ensure effective engagement.
