About the position

The position involves leading digital marketing efforts, including research, strategy, and implementation of digital media, social media, and online advertising.

Responsibilities

Lead all digital marketing efforts including research, strategy, and implementation.
Responsible for multi-media planning such as campaign build out and scheduling.
Work with creative teams, agencies, and vendors for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with revenue management to drive sales through various channels.
Create tags and upload digital marketing assets to the AdServer.
Develop, execute, measure, and optimize digital advertising and social media campaigns.
Generate reports to understand ROI performance of campaigns.
Work closely with Hard Rock International on Social Casino initiatives.
Build and maintain all social media platforms.
Create mobile and social media campaign strategies.
Oversee production and implementation of social campaigns.
Write content for the company blog.
Support other key marketing efforts as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising, communications, journalism, or business administration.
Minimum of three years experience in a similar position.
Experience with social media sites required.
Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and other graphic/production software.
Experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEO/SEM knowledge, Google DoubleClick adserver, and Tag Manager.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
Experience in content management system (CMS).
Experience with HTML.
Understanding of pixel implementation and tracking URLs.
