About the position

The Global Marketing Specialist position at Shure focuses on the development, deployment, and execution of B2B marketing campaigns for conferencing product launches. This role is integral in supporting campaigns aimed at IT decision-makers and end-users globally, contributing to product launches and marketing strategies that address the needs of the target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with marketing leads to align with regional sales and customer success teams to create go-to-market strategies.
  • Assist in refining new product value propositions and translating planned product features into relevant user benefits.
  • Support Marketing Leads in coordinating with product development and product management teams for product samples and specifications.
  • Align with Conferencing Tech Partner Marketing Team on new product launch efforts and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Assist Marketing Leads in tracking project budget allocations for multiple efforts.
  • Actively seek opportunities to develop in-depth product and customer knowledge through training and industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing and high-impact marketing communications, preferably in an international B2B environment.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for constructive discussions among cross-functional partners.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to grammar and copy quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
