About the position

The Specialist - Identity and Access Management at Eaton's Corporate Sector division is responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the Identity and Access Management space, focusing on CyberArk and Saviyant platforms. This role involves leading platform design, managing lifecycle activities, and ensuring optimal performance and security of identity management solutions. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Lead platform design for CyberArk and Saviyant systems.
• Define configuration parameters and manage lifecycle activities.
• Ensure optimal performance and security of identity management solutions.
• Engage in post-design configurations, advanced debugging, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years in Cybersecurity.
• Minimum five (5) years experience in designing and implementing Identity Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, preferably with Saviynt CPAM or CyberArk.
• Understanding of Identity Governance (IGA) concepts.
• Legally able to work under ITAR regulations without company sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Microsoft LAPS, CyberArk EPM, or other endpoint privilege management solutions.
• Experience with on-prem migrations to Cloud hosted solutions.
• Knowledge of non-human identity governance best practices.
• Experience with API Integration security & scripting.
• Experience in SSH connectivity, SSH key management, and PowerShell scripting.
• CyberArk Privileged Threat Analytics experience.
• Managing database credentials (Oracle & MS SQL).
• Managing Privileged Accounts and APIs in Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Developing integrations between PAM and IGA solutions.
