About the position

Our associates support the brands with a wide range of services, including Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Commercial, Digital and E-commerce, Technology and more. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the entire life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing, assessing, and recruiting inclusive talent for all positions assigned, with a primary focus on supporting corporate recruiting efforts that attract top talent to the organization in a fast-paced service focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies top talent that supports business needs, promoting ADUSA's desire to be a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Develops and recommends appropriate recruiting strategies to Hiring Managers that ensure a successful talent search.
  • Provides guidance, support and expertise of recruiting tools and processes (applicant tracking systems, interview guides, intakes, offers, onboarding, etc.) to Hiring Manager as needed.
  • Sources candidates through a variety of methods (job postings, employee referrals, job fairs, internet searches, public organizations, colleges & universities, networking, job boards, advertisements, etc.) and represents ADUSA employee value proposition.
  • Interviews candidates to determine skill set, fit within the organization and level of interest.
  • Reviews information gathered from initial interview/pre-screen process and provides hiring manager with recommendation regarding most appropriate candidates for follow up interview.
  • Maintains frequent contact with candidates during and after the interview campaign to ensure candidates receive timely feedback.
  • Tracks recruiting activities and updates requisition statuses on a weekly basis.
  • Works on ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
  • 3 plus years of recruiting experience in a high volume/specialized environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies and state and federal laws and regulations regarding recruitment.
  • Ability to build sourced plans and strategies for highly specialized roles.
  • Proven success building credibility, consensus, influence & collaboration.
  • Highly effective communicator.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions.
  • Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
