Requirements

• Professional Degree in Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction Management from an accredited university architecture program.
• Extensive experience in architectural specification writing.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

• Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) certification.
• Licensure or anticipated licensure in architecture or engineering.
• LEED accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documents for a wide range of highly complex building project types including multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) for architectural specifications.
• Manage scheduling and multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Mentor others and provide leadership within the team.
