About the position

The speech/language pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech therapy services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members.
  • Participate in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years preferred experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral program in speech/language pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required.
  • Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

  • Clinical Fellow candidates are accepted.
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including language/communication aids, devices, and wheelchairs.
