Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for launching a global faith and ministry initiative.
  • Create innovative programs that integrate sports, faith, and behavioral health services.
  • Foster a culture of authentic engagement and spiritual growth.
  • Design and oversee programs that meaningfully connect sports, faith, and behavioral health.
  • Establish metrics for measuring program impact and spiritual growth.
  • Develop frameworks for sustainable community outreach and engagement.
  • Lead vocal community outreach efforts across diverse global communities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with faith-based organizations, sports ministries, and behavioral health providers.
  • Facilitate authentic conversations and connections between community members.
  • Represent the organization at relevant conferences, events, and ministry gatherings.
  • Maintain and model a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Foster an environment of spiritual growth and discipleship.

Requirements
