About the position

We are looking for a skilled SQL ETL Data Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves managing large datasets and ensuring efficient data ingestion and processing, primarily using Snowflake. The Data Engineer will support the reporting team by delivering well-processed data and will utilize tools like Airflow for scheduling and automation of data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Ingest and process large datasets using advanced SQL
• Manage data stored in Snowflake, ensuring availability for reporting teams
• Use Airflow to schedule and automate data transfers and ingestion workflows
• Contribute to problem-solving and provide solutions-oriented ideas
• Ensure efficient ETL processes using SQL and maintain data accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• Experience with Airflow or similar scheduling/automation tools
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms
• Proven experience working with large datasets (millions of rows)
• Advanced SQL skills, including window functions and CTEs
• Ability to provide innovative solutions and work collaboratively
