Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role solving ambiguous technical problems.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• 4+ years of SQL experience, adept at investigating, optimizing, and writing complex queries.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Prior experience in data quality assessment and code logic evaluation.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
