About the position

As a Sr Agile Coach within PNC's Technology organization, you will provide expertise and leadership to multiple teams and senior enterprise leaders, driving cultural change and transformation. This role involves coaching teams, facilitating discussions to resolve complex problems, and identifying learning opportunities in agile methodologies. The position is primarily based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, with some responsibilities allowing for remote work at the manager's discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provides expertise and leadership for multiple teams and senior enterprise leaders.
  • Drives cultural change and leads transformation efforts.
  • Challenges conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts.
  • Coaches groups of teams, including establishing new teams and promoting best practices.
  • Collaborates with senior leadership to drive process maturity and continuous improvements.
  • Facilitates discussions across multiple stakeholder levels to identify and escalate complex problems.
  • Identifies learning and development opportunities for teams on agile methodologies and customizes training materials.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; higher education such as a Master's degree or PhD is desirable.
  • Certifications in relevant fields are often required.
