About the position

As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will provide essential pre-sales support to Enterprise Sales teams, leveraging your expertise in generative AI software products to identify suitable use cases for clients. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales insight, and interpersonal skills to facilitate successful sales closures and implementations. You will work closely with law firms to understand their needs, build relationships with stakeholders, and assist in project management for custom software implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in CoCounsel generative AI software and its use cases.
  • Work closely with law firms to understand their use cases and pain points.
  • Provide strategic guidance throughout the use of Thomson Reuters' software.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at law firms and organizations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to develop workflows and adoption plans.
  • Identify new use case opportunities for CoCounsel and work with Product teams on feasibility.
  • Assist sales teams with pre-sales support to identify client needs and pain points.
  • Oversee project management services for custom projects and integrations.
  • Prepare and deliver project presentations and status reports to clients.
  • Track all formal project correspondence and distribute relevant information.

Requirements

  • Law degree or formal legal education and/or substantial experience with law firms.
  • Experience in transactional law is preferred.
  • Significant experience working with or for a large, top-tier law firm, preferably in practice innovation or knowledge management.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Client-focused with a personable and engaging demeanor.
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
