About the position

The position is focused on driving the success of Multifamily growth products and solutions within Comcast's Xfinity Growth Innovation and Experience (XGIE) organization. The individual will support the development of new products from inception to launch, manage these products in the market, and ensure a superior customer experience. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders and includes responsibilities such as customer research, strategic business cases, and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Program Management, Product Development, Operations, Product Marketing, and other groups to develop new products and bring them to market.
  • Analyze data reports for trends to guide decision-making around key Multifamily growth opportunities.
  • Support new products through employee and customer market trials and assist with the development and execution of go-to-market playbooks.
  • Work closely with Technology and Product Experience Development teams to ensure product innovations meet go-to-market needs with a customer-centric approach.
  • Manage, gather, and analyze competitive intelligence data for product lines.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of product enhancements including content, pricing, packaging, and new feature definition.
  • Internalize and represent the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Coordinate across functional areas to secure buy-in to deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience.
  • Manage change requests and validate downstream deliverables and final offerings (business acceptance testing).
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Requirements

  • Specific experience in bringing new technology products to market.
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced innovation-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Program Management, Product Development, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Understanding of a variety of technical constraints, user experience goals, and business requirements that shape current and future products.
  • Strong attention to detail with an obsession over customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
