The successful individual in the role of Sr. Analyst, Store Planning Allocation, Outlet will develop extensive knowledge of store, district, and regional level performance through detailed data analysis. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional partners to support business growth and to provide recommendations on allocation opportunities, including pullbacks or increases in volume based on various factors such as demand, financial plans, capacity, and safety stocks. The analyst will partner with the store field team to understand inventory needs and help achieve their business goals. They will identify unproductive inventory and recommend transfers back to fulfillment centers or between stores. Additionally, the role involves recommending adjustments to store-level demand forecasting using the Allocate Smart allocation tool, based on changes in store trends and financial targets. The analyst will also execute ad hoc store analyses, such as A/B testing support and data for pricing, product, and visual merchandising tests. Leveraging store capacity information and knowledge of store fleet needs will be crucial in influencing the store clustering strategy in support of pre-season planning. This position is integral to ensuring that Coach maintains its high standards of inventory management and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the brand.
