About the position

Shutterstock, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in driving analytics-based channel investment performance recommendations and influencing decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in creating measurable online and offline campaign objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will refine suggested test and learn agendas, key KPIs, and performance targets to define campaign success and drive learning. In this role, you will support analytical Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) vendor relationships, which includes sourcing data inputs across the organization, conducting model refreshes, and integrating data to power attribution models. You will also conduct cross-channel media efficiency analysis, allocate resources effectively, and forecast the impacts of marketing investment redistribution. Your responsibilities will include participating in the input and export of data, running marketing performance reports, and building dashboard outputs to support business needs. Securing cross-team alignment and adoption of analytics insights will be crucial to your success. You will analyze and interpret data using various marketing vendor interfaces, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Campaign Manager, and DV360, as well as analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics. This analysis will help evaluate existing and potential online marketing programs. Additionally, you will develop and deliver daily, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting to provide marketing leadership with clear visibility into marketing program performance. In executing your duties, you will utilize SQL (Snowflake) and AWS (S3). The position may allow for telecommuting and/or working from home in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent.
