Requirements

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain certification exams that meet target roles and competencies.
• Lead Job Task Analysis (JTA) workshops and build exam blueprints.
• Recruit, train, and retain subject matter experts (SMEs) for test item development.
• Conduct psychometric analysis to revise items and exams.
• Provide guidance on certification program design and assessment principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to process requests and create marketing materials.
• Engage with the Atlassian community to enhance learning materials.
• Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
