The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Entra IAM/SSO solutions using Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical issues in cloud environments (Entra/AWS IAM related issues)
- Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency within Entra/AWS.
- Onboard applications using SAML, OAuth, OpenID protocol
- Provide support with escalations to vendor hosted apps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of SSO/SCIM solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during application integrations
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in SSO technology and make recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing SSO solutions leveraging Entra ID
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JSON Web Token (JWT), etc.
- Broad understanding of Entra ID a plus, specifically Identity Governance, Conditional Access Policy functionality, B2B, cross tenant synchronization, SCIM Provisioning
- PowerShell / Python scripting using Azure/AWS modules
- General understanding of Azure Graph and scripting using Graph as well as making calls using Graph Explorer
- Strong understanding of SSO concepts and technologies
- Ability to create REST API scripts using postman
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or relevant industry certifications. Equivalent work experience is equally preferable.
