About the position

The Sr. Communications Manager for Amazon Flex is responsible for enhancing the delivery partner experience through effective communication strategies. This role involves managing communications programs, creating engaging content, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure high-quality messaging. The position requires strong project management skills, excellent writing abilities, and the capacity to adapt communications for diverse audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the execution of communications programs to improve the delivery partner experience.
• Create high-quality, engaging communications and copy for delivery partners across various channels.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure the highest quality of driver-facing communications.
• Create and maintain communications toolkits, processes, templates, and messaging.
• Propose and execute new ways of creating and distributing communications, driving process improvements.
• Develop, track, and report metrics on the effectiveness of communications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple timezones and languages
• Experience with A/B testing
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Nice-to-haves

• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
• Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners
