About the position
The position involves working collaboratively with all departments to identify the organizational database and statistical reporting requirements. The role requires designing, building, verifying, and documenting software for both new and existing software products, utilizing industry-standard software development tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent required.
- Excellent working knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, Visual Basic, or Python/Anaconda.
- Working knowledge of SQL required.
- Ability to connect and use statistical analysis and reporting tools against multiple databases (SQL/Queries, Excel, PowerBI/dashboard tools, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Solutions Developer (MCSD), or equivalent level industry certification preferred.
- HL7/FHIR experience preferred.
- AI experience (especially MS CoPilot) is a plus.
- Relevant clinical or Indian Health Service experience preferred.
