About the position

The Senior Design Lead will oversee design verification and validation, PCB design tools, and test/interface/uc board design. This role focuses on leading the design team to ensure successful design outcomes while utilizing PCB design tools effectively and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the design team in executing design verification and validation activities
• Utilize PCB design tools to develop and modify designs as required
• Design, develop, and test interface and uc boards to meet project requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design outcomes
• Provide technical expertise and support for design-related issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in design processes

Requirements

• Proficiency in design verification and validation methodologies
• Expertise in working with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or Eagle
• Strong knowledge of test/interface/uc board design techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in managing design projects and teams

• Any relevant certifications in design verification & validation, PCB Design Tool, or related fields
