About the position

The Sr Digital Marketing Manager for Amazon Shipping & Amazon Freight will play a pivotal role in establishing a Marketing Operations Center of Excellence. This position focuses on overseeing the technical management of content management systems (CMS), web analytics platforms, and mobile app performance, ensuring they meet the needs of the marketing team and stakeholders. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize content strategies and marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the CMS, ensuring seamless integration with other MarTech tools.
  • Lead CMS projects from gathering requirements to on-time and on-budget delivery, mitigating risks throughout the process.
  • Maintain relationships with CMS vendors, overseeing contracts, performance, and solution quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing, Product, Tech, and business teams to translate needs into actionable CMS strategies.
  • Apply HTML/CSS to customize the CMS as required, ensuring consistent user experiences and quick resolution of technical issues.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and documentation to standardize CMS processes and ensure scalability and high performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • 5+ years managing CMS platforms (e.g., BrightSpot, Adobe AEM, Webflow) with a focus on delivering technical solutions
  • Hands-on expertise in CMS configuration, HTML/CSS customization, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with the broader MarTech stack, including how CMS integrates with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Adobe Analytics.
