About the position

Evolv is searching for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist who is a data-driven go-getter and biased towards action to join the Marketing team and make an immediate impact. This role will report into the Brand team and be responsible for developing and managing a digital media strategy focused on traffic acquisition and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and will be eager to take the next step in owning an overall paid and SEM strategy to support the brand and growth marketing teams. The mission of Evolv is to help make places safer for people to live, work, learn, and play by using AI-powered security solutions with robust insights.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in new hire orientation to understand company culture, processes, and expectations.
  • Meet with team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and the digital agency to lay the groundwork for future collaboration and communication.
  • Analyze past and current campaigns to attract and convert new accounts.
  • Audit the current website and digital plans to identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid and SEO strategy to attract and convert accounts within key verticals.
  • Regularly report on KPIs, including leads acquired, accounts engaged, conversion rates, and forecasts.
  • Optimize the website for conversion, including on-page optimization and technical SEO.
  • Work with the content team to analyze website performance metrics and map out customer journeys.
  • Regularly publish website content such as press releases, blogs, and case studies.
  • Research advertising trends in the industry and track competitor digital marketing strategies.
  • Support the Campaigns Manager and Field Marketing team to achieve lead generation and account engagement goals.
  • Develop proven playbooks to engage and convert new accounts across targeted lists and key verticals.
  • Continuously test and analyze digital campaign effectiveness and optimize for results.
  • Manage and regularly report on budget and ROI.

Requirements

  • Strong foundational knowledge in digital marketing strategies and tactics, including email, display, SEO/SEM, third party, retargeting, and social.
  • Proven experience planning and executing paid B2B campaigns for small organizations up to large enterprises.
  • Creativity skills to develop compelling and engaging marketing offers.
  • Ability to pull, analyze, and generate actionable insights on campaign and website performance, along with Marketing KPIs.
  • Willingness and competency in adapting and adjusting reporting along with changing business priorities.
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Attention to detail in planning, executing, and analyzing campaign tactics.
