Sr. Director, Corporate Finance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the annual operating plan and budget, long-range plan and quarterly reforecasts processes
• Develop and implement a monthly and quarterly financial reporting package for senior leadership to highlight variances vs the operating plan and forecast evolutions
• Analyze and challenge financial assumptions to ensure forecast accuracy and assess potential opportunities and risks impacting the operating plan
• Manage and improve financial models to support forecasting and scenario analysis for Phase 3 development and commercial launch
• Collaborate with R D, manufacturing, commercial Business Partners, and the accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial plans and financial statements
• Support corporate finance initiatives including the financings, risk analysis, and preparation of Board materials
• Manage FP&A systems (Adaptive) and integration with ERP and purchasing systems

Requirements

• Experience leading an FP&A function in a company that has progressed from phase 3 development to commercialization
• Ability to meet deadlines prioritize competing projects and make decisions amidst evolving data and dynamic corporate plans
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication and strategic thinking skills
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
• Proficiency in financial and accounting software such as Adaptive, QAD, SAP, Concur, iPurchase
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in corporate financial planning and analysis function in biopharma or other high growth industries
